To ensure the smooth running of our business and to cover various costs associated with providing our services, we have implemented the following payment policy:

1. 100% Retainer:

  • Clients are required to provide a 100% retainer for our services at the time of booking an appointment.

  • This retainer serves to cover perspective costs, including but not limited to childcare expenses for our staff, opportunity costs, and administrative costs incurred in managing appointments and reservations.

2. Perspective Costs:

  • Perspective costs refer to the anticipated expenses and opportunity costs associated with providing our services.

  • These costs may include expenses related to childcare for our staff's children, as well as other operational and administrative expenses necessary for running our business efficiently.

3. Opportunity Costs:

  • Opportunity costs represent the potential value lost by choosing one option over another.

  • By requiring a 100% retainer at the time of booking, we aim to mitigate the opportunity costs associated with holding a reservation slot that could otherwise be filled by another client.

4. Administrative Costs:

  • Administrative costs encompass the expenses incurred in managing appointments, processing payments, and maintaining our business operations.

  • Requiring a 100% retainer helps cover these administrative costs and ensures a streamlined booking process for our clients.

5. Payment Methods:

  • We accept payment via credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment details will be provided upon booking. We do not accept Venmo or PayPal

6. Reservation Confirmation:

  • The retainer serves as confirmation of the reservation for our services.

  • Clients will receive confirmation of their appointments via email within 24 hours of booking.

7. Late Arrival Policy:

  • Clients who arrive late for their appointments may have their appointment shortened to accommodate other scheduled appointments. No refunds or credits will be provided for shortened appointments due to late arrival.

8. Inclement Weather Policy:

  • In the event of inclement weather affecting appointments, clients will be notified as soon as possible regarding rescheduling or cancellations. No cancellation fees will apply in such cases.

9. Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate information at the time of booking and completing any necessary paperwork or preparations for their service.

10. Refund Policy:

  • Retainers provided at the time of booking are non-refundable, except in extenuating circumstances.

  • In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, clients may be eligible for rescheduling or credit towards future services, subject to approval.

  • Eligibility for rescheduling or credit towards future services is a one-time option per calendar year and requires approval from Nicole Fae LLC.

  • A 50% cancellation fee will apply for any cancellations.

11. Dispute Resolution:

  • Disputes regarding payments or services will be resolved through mediation, arbitration, or small claims court as necessary.

12. Accessibility:

  • Upon request, alternative formats of this policy will be provided to ensure accessibility for all clients, including those with disabilities.

13. Updates and Amendments:

  • This payment policy may be updated or amended periodically. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or other means of communication.
