Will my makeup last all day?

I have been building my kit for over 17 years to ensure that your wedding makeup is set to last all day, even in the hot summer months. I use setting sprays, powders, blotting papers and water-resistant products, and I can provide a touch-up kit to keep you looking fresh.

Why should I hire hair and makeup services as opposed to doing it myself?

Investing in professional makeup and hair services is as important as hiring a skilled wedding photographer. A great artist knows which beauty products and techniques to use so you look your absolute best in photos, videos and in person. I also know which products are best suited to your skin and hair type, and they’re up to date on the most current beauty trends and techniques.

How can I book your services?

To secure me for your requested date, I require you to sign my contract and make a deposit of 50% of the total service. The trial balance is due at the time of your trial appointment, and the rest of the balance is due 90 days before your event. 

When is an Additional Artist Needed?

You want to ensure you have enough artists booked for an appropriate amount of services*. If you are planning for 8 or more services for your wedding party, I am happy to send you a list of referrals upon booking.
*A service is a makeup application or a hair style. If 1 person wanted to book makeup and hair that would be 2 services.

Do you offer airbrush bridal makeup?

When it comes to makeup, airbrush is a thing of the past. Keep your beauty look fresh by seeking more modern solutions. My Hi-Def liquid foundation gives you the same long-wear water resistant finish that'll keep looking flawless for hours on end!

How do you keep your tools and products clean?

Hygiene is extremely important to me, so much so that I fought to ensure that all makeup artists in the state of Minnesota are required to take a 4 hour safety and sanitation course. I then created a 4 hour course that many beauty professionals take in around the country. Ask me more about my non-profit! To answer your question, I ensure all of my tools have been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before using them. I disposable mascara wands and palettes instead of applying products directly out of their containers. I also come with a clean set of brushes for each service. (which is why I look like I am moving in when I arrive).

Do you have experience with hair extensions?

Can you stay for touchups?

Yes, this is an amazing additional service you can add to your day-of services! This is a great time to touchup after the ceremony, and be freshened up for photos, or before your reception to change up your look! Everyone who needs touch ups will be powdered, fix any part of the hairstyle if needed and lip touch up. The bride has the option to change her hairstyle or makeup look!
